My son and his daughters spent the weekend exploring the pasture discovering an abundance of wildflowers. I decided to go have a look this morning and ... wow! There are wildflowers blooming all through the pastures. There were lots of white flowers, some low growing, some taller, one or two I was familiar with, one or two I had never seen before, like the one above. There were yellows, blues, and purples. The cactus are near bloom. It's like a whole new world out there. Those I've never seen must have been waiting for just the right spring conditions, and those I am familiar with are just incredibly prolific this year. I wish we could have this spring weather every year.
Using Jackie's suggestion of google lens and taking photos of my photos. Google says this is a popcorn flower. Fun name!
