Rain and mist all day. Very, very cool. We didn't even break 60F. The skies finally cleared, and with no wind we finished our fireworks. It was cold enough we were bundled in winter jackets and blankets. Despite the chill granddaughters had great fun chasing parachutes and playing with sparklers.
