You know Spring is not far away when the red wing blackbirds come home. With their distinctive "ok-a-lee" and constant chatter they fill the yard with sound. I've been trying for days to get a photo, but they always seem to know when I get near a window. Finally managed to catch one today. Once again, through glass, but it is still a "gotcha" moment.
