More lensbaby practice. Had a spider floating between the stems of wheat in my sights when I was blindsided by a carefree dog gleefully racing through the wheat. After I picked myself up and dusted myself off the spider was gone. Thankfully there was a more steady ladybug just a few stalks away. I am getting better with focus in the center, but haven't yet figured out how to shift and get a good focus to the side. Thankfully I have a month to practice!
April, this is absolutely FANTASTIC! Instant fav! Love how the background is perfectly blurred to create a stellar backdrop for this ladybug. Love the earthy tones of the image as well. In my humble opinion this image didn't get enough attention!
@lyndemc Thank you for your kind comments. I was pleasantly surprised at the interesting effects of the lensbaby blur in this and really loved the variety of colors that popped out. Youngest does not yet see the charm of the lensbaby, but I am beginning to like it.
