LOVE this shot. It's absolutely going on my favorites list. The texture, the composition, the processing - it's perfect and I love it!

Fantastic, HDR always seems to lend itself well to this type of subject.

Wow..you've captured some very cool shots here. Very nice.

love the editing you're doing with these pictures...although it's an abandoned mill, your pics bring it to life

@robinwarner (and anyone else interested) Here's my basic editing technique for this series:
- Three shots, +2, 0, -2
- Initial HDR processing in Photomatix
- In Photoshop, added b/w layer with a bit of sepia tone, to around 66% translucency
- Added Saturation layer, variably increased saturation of separate colors.
- Light Levels adjustment.
- Voila!

These are just all so cool. It's a good thing you are not going into this place alone. It really looks kinda spooky...but in a cool way.

Love the colours... again, you are a Master (Mistress??? a Ms???) at processing. That shock of bluey jade is gorgeous with all the grey tones. Gotta fav this one to go with No. 1 I can see them both mounted and next to each other on a wall, though my cottage ain't the best setting !

Good Lord woman, I read how you did it and I'm impressed both with your patience and Photoshops software. My daughter is a graphic designer for the local newspaper, does the online advertising design now, and when friends ask her if she can teach them Photoshop, she answers, "If you have a hundred hours." It's complicated.

I am so in love with this series!

Ha! You make it sound so easy. I need a photoshop class. Love the colors in this one.

Perfect again. I really think the HDR helps bring out the rustiness of the surroundings.

Everyone of the mill photos are great. You could print and exhibit them. Hopefully you wouldn't get arrested for trespassing if the local authority viewed the exhibit. Very, very cool.
