As mentioned at the beginning of my Year Two of this project, instead of committing to posting a shot every single day of something shot only on that day, (which was quite wonderful, but mission accomplished!), I will often times revisit older images that I hadn't yet edited or wish to re-edit with (hopefully) better skills. I figure editing an image a day is pretty darn good as well! ;-)
This is one such image, taken several years ago on a most excellent adventure with @aikimomm to the Bosque del Apache Wildlife Reserve in New Mexico and no doubt will be posting a good many more from here. A truly magical place, I can't wait to go back someday.

Lovely lines and reflections in this one. At first, I was trying to see letters with the birds outlines...but failed at that mission. Interesting shot.
