Day 2 of 2016 didn't do much for my photo mojo, but it was a super fun day indeed. Went in search of bald eagles with friends who hadn't seen them in the wild. After spotting kingfishers, peregrines, blue and green-winged teals, orioles and a huge number of other fabulous birds, we spotted this guy on our way home. Woo hoo! Too dark to shoot and much too far away so definitely not a technically sound image but hey. It's all good--and I've posted 2 days in a row!

What a sighting! And what a wonderful day you guys seem to have had, despite any technical nightmare experiences. You always manage to make awesome images!
