Another look at the Aurora Borealis. Impossible to see in this photo, but the lights at this moment were like an enormous arch overhead, from one horizon to the opposite. So cool!
I have been "pushed" (thank you, Prochownia!) so I'm determined to post a more recent image or two soon. :-)
@pocketmouse This was at a campground in Denali Nat'l Park in Alaska. We REALLY lucked out with the clear skies as apparently it isn't often so. Regardless, DEF a place to visit one day--I can't wait to go back! I'd imagine there are a good many other places further north for the lights that one might have a better chance with, but I suppose it's always but a chance.

Anyway, the naked eye doesn't see the colors this vibrantly, but my only edits were very minor contrast adjustments. SO amazing to see!!
