Today was a bit of a crazy one, with after-work tutoring and then St John Ambulance meeting night, so we had dinner at our local veggie Indian restaurant. Our favourite curry is aloo matar (pea and potato) so here's a pic of it for the April challenge :) (No artichokes anywhere around here, so a wildcard it is!). Taken on my iPhone, therefore a bit fuzzy...
Oh, and the waiter came with more of our order while I was taking this - he quickly retreated so as not to disturb my photo taking :) poor guy - he's quite young and never quite knows what to make of us at the best of times...
I love Indian curry and this sounds and looks quite delicious. LOL I think it is funny about the waiter not knowing what to make you taking a picture of your food. He may have thought you were a food critic. I've had some strange looks too when taking pictures.
I love curry, and have found a place locally in RI, that is as good as any I used to get back in the UK :-) Great shot.....it's looks delicious, and is making me hungry :-)

This looks quite tasty. I usually can't have curry though. My digestive tract thinks it too strong. But my mind is always thinking, "I'd just like to try that!" I'm always taking shots at restaurants too- either of the food or the decor. And I don't know who's reactions are funnier- the employees or the other patrons!
@olivetreeann I like the restaurant we got this curry from as they ask what strength you want the curry. I go with mild = spices for flavour but no burning. If I feel brave I might try medium occasionally. My other half will ask them for his extra hot, if we're getting one each for some reason....
