because of the arrow, i am going to guess bike road racing because they follow arrows to know which way to go and those stars look like their wheels as they go by. i just don't know what the sport is called.

I'm sure glad I looked here before I went out looking for a florist to find a bow and then went out walking the streets of Montreal looking for an arrow. (It came to me while I was on the plane watching The Hunger Games ; )
