Wednesday was a bit of a busy day, with not much time for anything, so the only photo I grabbed was of my tea - yummy pea and potato curry! As you can see, I like to mix the rice and curry together :)
@olivetreeann Curry is only as spicy as you make it... I'm not a spice fan either, so just make it very mild. The spices in this one (except for cayenne) don't have any heat to them, and just provide flavour.
Now I want fried rice from the Chinese Restaurant but they are closed for the night. Thanks for that, Alia! :p lol ... Never had curry. Not brave enough to try it!
@prttblues I didn't eat curry for years, then ended up trying it by default (everyone at a new workplace took me out for a surprise meal to a new curry place!). The trick is to find one that cooks it to your tastes, and request mild. That way you get the lovely flavours of the spices without any of the heat.
