Phoenix at home

I didn't get much chance to take pics today as it was Von's funeral. (She had a lovely send off - packed church, beautiful tributes and even a burst of sunlight through the clouds as she was laid to rest). I got a quick picture of Phoenix in her 'house' just after bedtime.

@tabarlett She's actually quite happy as she just found the nut I hid in there for her :) Phoenix will often just pop inside her house for a nap, or when it's bed time.

It's a very restful shot. I'm glad the send-off for your friend as a fitting testimony to her love of friends and family. How special that the sun broke through too! This seems to be a very restful way to end the day.

Nice shot of Phoenix. Glad you got to go to your friend's funeral. She will never be forgotten by those who love her. I think it was nice of the sun to pop out. A good sign perhaps?
