On an early morning walk I could tell from the papers on the front step who was still slumbering. Come on people, lots to do on this beautiful day! Let's not waste a minute!
It is interesting how small details tell the world about our habits, life-styles, and even what might be happening into our homes.
Your little "story" sure adds tons of interest to this photo of an unopened newspaper.
I like your little caption, too. I think it's funny also that you had your camera on your morning walk. I can relate to taking my camera everywhere these days! You never know when you'll have a photo opportunity. :)
lol - I'd be one of those who'd still have the paper sitting on the front step! :)
About the fawns--I'm sure the mommy deer was watching us the whole time! :)
Is'nt it interesting to see the habits of others,,,,,,,our newspapers come wrapped in glad wrap and are a pain to try and unwrapp. I don't think one has ever been on our doorstep, you have to search the garden for it.
Re you question about our school holidays, our kids have a big holiday over summer, finish school in the week before christmas, go back at the start of Feb. through the year they have two weeks off during early april, another two in June/July and another two in Sept/Oct.
But for those of us who work it is 4 weeks annual leave each year
As someone who wakes up between 5:30 and 6 every morning - either by force (kids) or by choice (run in the park) I tend to feel like a different species than those who sleep the morning away. Sometimes I'm envious. And sometimes I want to show them he wonderous thing they're missing out on. Great shot and I love the title :)
