On Guard

This pooch had me fooled til I got close enough to take his picture and he didn't even growl. It was then I realized he was one of those topiary frames with moss covering the wire skeleton. I don't know if the intention of the home owner was to have a low maintenance guard dog or a lawn ornament, but they definitely got both!

Lol- I bet the same thing would have happened to me. I have seen snakes in trees, people in shadows, and animals in rocks all without the benefit of heavy medication. Great shot-funny story!
