Picnic Lunch

It was a beautiful late summer day in Richmond and the cafeteria staff of the Lower School decided that called for a picnic. Here you see 4th graders enjoying the sunshine. The picture reminds me a little of one of those medieval paintings of village life. Use the magnifier and notice the boy crouched by the tree on the right. There's a lot going on between eating hot dogs and burgers!
P.S. The ugly wire fence is there to separate the big construction project from the daily life of the school.
