Here is Mr. Turner, ace kindergarten teacher, with two of his henchmen. I photographed him in July http://365project.org/allie912/365/2011-07-23 when he was providing entertainment for summer camp. Today his class was studying Dr. Seuss. If you are familiar with this childhood classic, you know The Cat in the Hat (1957), written as a beginning reader, portrays two children having a magical afternoon with a strange cat while their mother is away, complete with a frantic cleanup before their mother can find out what they have done. Thing 1 and Thing 2 are the cat's partners in crime.
@sarasdadandmom He also coaches girls' basketball and was named coach of the year this past season. He is a great role model for little boys because of his kindness and enthusiasm. He periodicall performs at our Town Meetings by playing the guitar and singing songs he has composed. The entire audience of kids screams when he is announced like he is a rock star. He is really a Renaissance Man!
