What trip to England would be complete without a formal tea. This special cream tea consisted of a pot of the tea of your choice (I had the Oxford blend), scones with clotted cream and strawberry jam, finger sandwiches and cake. ( this is a moist and very piquant lemon). There were five of us enjoying a very civilized respite from a last day of touring.
