Tulips Opening

I took this picture the day after my collage of the tulips. http://365project.org/allie912/365/2014-02-11 Then we had snow followed by snow days, followed by the weekend so I never got to show you how the new blooms had begun to open. So here I am a week late, playing around with PS Elements.
