Snow Day Friday and Teacher Work Day on Monday meant Valentine parties were delayed til today, Tuesday. This second grade class had their party right before coming to the library, so they parked their backpacks and the mylar balloon party favors til the final bell rang for dismissal. I loved the different heights of the balloons and the sense of expectancy as they waited for their owners to liberate them.
