After 2 days of romance ( http://365project.org/allie912/365/2014-04-30), the Giant Silk Moths have taken flight. A parent reported seeing one on the sidewalk in the carpool area this morning. I hope the female manages to lay her eggs before her allotted two weeks run out. It is sad not knowing what the future holds.
I'm rather captivated by the story! I'm sure in the totality of "Giant Silk Moth Life" they will continue to propagate and survive for generations to come...starve to death, but with a smile on their faces...
