I stopped for an impromptu concert by this mockingbird. He sang his little heart out, and then, in a flash he was gone.

@cimes1 You are kind. I waited and waited for him to do his signature "jump up and flutter my wings" dance, but he never did. So the flying escape had to substiture.

@allie912 I love that dance! They are such fun birds to watch. Our mockingbirds have been very elusive this spring. Tried to capture one chasing a hawk last wk but he moved too fast.
