There is still much to be completed, but I can't resist sharing the counter and backsplash combination, which turned out to be just what I wanted. They are in the middle of painting right now which will be followed by the new floor and the installation of the new stove. Hopefully by next week end I'll be able to show you the completed project.
@sarasdadandmom we probably would never have started this if we hadn't had the flood in the living room last Fall. So I guess there is always a silver lining.
