I saw the recipe on Facebook and thought they looked like a good choice for our church Christmas festival. Turns out they were easy to make and each cookie is a burst of lemon in your mouth. Maybe not the traditional Christmas flavor of cinnamon and ginger but a very nice counterpoint.
