Meg’s husband John, chef by profession and calling, made dinner tonight accompanied by a delicious summer salad provided by Meg. Fresh corn, perfectly seasoned chicken grilled under a brick and a savory zucchini pancake were a delicious summer dinner with all ingredients bought from local farmers (except the chicken which came from Whole Foods!) The dessert, of course, was raspberry tart. Meals like this are another reason it will be hard to say good-bye.
