Here is a picture of the smaller bulletin board I mentioned earlier. As you can see, it is bordered by miniature book covers of holiday books from our library. In each house a little battery-powered light creates a warm glow in the windows. The kids are transfixed by the glittering snowflakes, the tiny houses and the lights. These festive displays really get us in the holiday spirit.
