Timely Cartoon

This was in the most recent issue of The New Yorker which arrived today. Since I don't have a personal genie, I added my own sentence to the caption. BTW, I felt even better today, after 2 days with cherry juice. Actually walked across campus briskly, with no twinges.

@phil_howcroft I can't be sure what the artist intended by including the voluptuous ladies, but I'm thinking they are samples of what some people would use their 3 wishes for!
