Defying the Laws of Gravity

My photography scout came and got me out of class this morning so I could record this picture. This little guy was resting not far from where the moths were hanging out last week. I guess it is our mini nature preserve.
What's more awesome than your own mini-nature preserve! And how wonderful that you have a site scout on the lookout for you! Is this vantage point looking down at the frog on the side of a birdbath (though your title indicates otherwise...). Just look at how he blends in when he's not sitting on that magnificently-colored periwinkle rim! Lime & periwinkle...Love it!

@Weezilou This is part of a landscaping design which I photographed last year. It is definitely in need of a trim, but here is the full caterpillar with a bit of its eye peeking out at you: http://tinyurl.com/ov48bkw the frog was hanging onto the right eye.

@allie912 WOW! I'd NEVER have guessed that! Thanks for the perspective! Further more, given the scale, I can't believe someone spotted that frog...but glad they did!

What a great place you have nearby, and I'm sure it is filled with a nice variety of opportunities

What a great shot, I would never have imagined that was where the frog was and at first I thought the frog was a leaf.
