Remember this picture from a few days ago? http://365project.org/allie912/whatintheworld/2016-08-17 Well, the DIY project has been completed, and we have a mini food truck. Currently Red Eye Cookie Company sells homemade cookies online and delivers them. Apparently they are expanding. I imagine they will be setting up at food festivals around Richmond. They also added a window in back and I peeked in. There are lots of shelves ready for those tasty baked goods!
