We stepped down to the banks of the OH river and I loved taking in the great expanse of it. It was made more special with this toe headed fisherboy on the shore.
Reminded me of my childhood summer days fishing with my best friend, Danny. Today is his birthday. I was at his party at age 7, with a snake around my neck when my baby sister was born. That baby sister is 32 today and has her own baby on the way. And Danny...I wonder what happened to him. No sign of him on FB. Sad to lose touch with those who were a big part of your life.
