This was my view from my commute yesterday. I was in and out of DC in one day.
I was supposed to fly in Monday night, but my flight was delayed and I was going to be stuck in an airport overnight so I got a first thing in the morning flight instead. And then because of my crazy early wake up needed, I couldn't sleep which made for a very long day.
The view was nice, though. So stinking cool to see the clouds from above or at their level. Always makes me think of the view from heaven.
Wonderful planescape. I was in one today with magical lighting but my camera was above and it was too turbulent to get it. Lesson learned. I like the fluffiness in your scene.
@tabbycat While that is totally true, I don't worry much on the road. In a plane, if you go down, you are as good as done for. In the car, perhaps, less likely to have a fatality in an accident, but certainly far more frequent that they happen. I guess in the car, I am more in control. Perhaps it boils down to that.
Lol! I once flew from Sydney to LA with the fingers of the lady sitting next to me dug into my arm for most of the 14 hour flight. Lol! (We're stll FB friends :-)
