We brought them food...made 400+ cheeseburgers and gave each kid one. They waited an hour or two after school for the food. It took us longer than we expected to cook so many. Me constantly washing my hands as I cooked.
They have so very little, but are filled with a deep rooted joy.
These beautiful sweet people taught me so much. And I couldn't even understand much of what they said.
@jackies365 Some of the adults had this same joy. One sweet lady had us visit her in her (by American standards) shack. She was so precious and living open handed with what little she had.
