Colours speak

Of resilience
Of passion
Of stillness

We fill them within
And as and when needed
We dip in
And with a stroke of emotion
We paint and colour
The canvas each day.

A spectrum of colours
A dab,a dash
Some texture
And we stand back
With half closed eyes and
Observe
Ourselves
And colours speak to me.
