along with the ham today, we made twice-baked sweet potatoes. in our group of 5 adults we have one lactose-intolerant, one who does gluten-free/low FODMAP for IBS, and one type-one diabetic. and then there is the one who doesn't like sweet potatoes,hence that oddball on the pan....:)
