No, thank you

Can chocolate actually be unappealing? Yes, it would appear so. Want to stick with the 52week challenge but the only chocolate I could find in the house was an old tin of cocoa and this partial bag of (also old) chocolate chips. At least the bag is a pretty color. :). On to next week….
LOL! Well, it's still a nice capture that met the challenge.

I might still be tempted if I REALLY wanted chocolate. It's Ghirardelli after all!

I don’t bake, this is how my chocolate chips look, dried up and old . Great shot , like you set up with the bag.

@olivetreeann you must be a chocolate expert…not all that much of the bag showing the brand and yet you recognized Ghirardelli! :)

um..ah..um...no, thanks. 😊how to make that appealing? melt it in low heat with some cream, aim for a light consistency then you can drizzle it to cut up fruits like melon, peach and orange. trust me.

They look a bit past their prime

They probably would still taste good. :-) Nice capture.

I agree with others, you can still use that chocolate and it will still be good.

Sad to see chocolate past its prime but there is always hot coco.

Great composition. As for the photo, the old chocolate looks better. It is so wonderfully matte.

Some people would consume regardless of age. Nicely presented.
