Today I took a walk around the local RSPB bird reserve... Or rather, I slipped and slid my way around the ungritted icey paths throughout the reserve...
I didn't see many birds apart from some Canadian geese and some small things I have no idea what they were called.. But I did see plenty of 'twitchers' out with their binoculars and 2 foot long zoom lenses...
Sub-zero temperatures, snow and and an icey wind doesn't keep a good twitcher from his hobby... :-)
