Here's a glimce of my girlfriend taken at a friend's sister's mehndi party.
Tonight she was being what I suppose is a typical woman... complaining of looking too old, too fat, too this or too that.. clothes were tried on and discarded - resulting in the bed being completely hidden under a huge mass of sarees, before finally settling on this one..
Medndi parties are a tradition in much of Asian, and they are usaully a time when, in the main, the women folk gather together just before the wedding, decorate each other in mehndi (henna tattoos) and of course, discuss men and our virtues!!!!
