Ok, so Valentine's Day started off good but that ended all too soon as once we got down stairs, we noticed a drip drip drip coming from the living room ceiling!
A pipe had burst under the bath and the ceiling was looking ready to collapse any second... Off went the mains and a quick call in the insurers and a wait until a man arrived to isolate the leak.
Thankfully we didn't have to wait too long and it doesn't look like too much damage is done... still, a new ceiling, skimming, paint job is needed.
Invited some friends over in the evening, my girlfriend cooked spicy chicken, we enjoyed a nice evening chatting and laughing... apologies for rubbish photo of floating candles and rose petals... but that's all there is to show for the day
