I'm clearly no fan of DIY. I've had this socket set for donkeys years and it's still very, very shinny and very,very new.! Found it this evening as I was looking for something else and thought, Mmmm about time you saw the light of day again - not to be used of course, just photographed...

Popped to see my girlfriend after work, thought about stopping off on the way home for a night shot of the Thames, but decided I'd leave that to another night as it was getting late and I knew if I would start to faff around taking pics, I'd probably be out half the night...
And...yes, the choices we make late and night knowing that one shot will lead to another and another. I am a fan of DIY,...and I love the blurr out of the sockets as they rise in size.
I'm with you--I got an 80-piece socket set once, determined I was going to learn to maintenance my car. I got just good enough to realize I ABSOLUTELY HATE IT. At least my set got used a few times though ;)
