Carnival at the Wharf

There was a bit of a Samba feel going on at Canary Wharf this evening. Not sure what was going on but decided to grab a few photos - see more here http://andycphotos.shutterfly.com/267.

What was strange though, was amongst the dancers and mariachi band was a troupe of Punjabi drummers! Most odd...

Spotted a lady sat watching the action... She had a trail of toilet paper coming out the back of her trousers... LOL... Considered taking a photo but her partner was looking straight at me. Also considered telling her but to be honest, I didn't know how to bring up the subject...

Poor old North Korea took a bit of a spanking today! 7-0 to Portugal.. highlights should be good this evening..

Thanks Faerie, I was planning on putting up that pic originally.. having thought about it, I prefer that one as instead. Original pic here was No. 5 on shutterfly if anyone's interested..
As for the lady... I felt too embarrassed... Tho not as much as she'll be when she finds out...haha

I can´t believe how North Korea played so bad today ! Lucky Portugal.
Although my mother-in-law is Portuguese, I was rooting hard for Korea. It didn´t work ...

Oh that's made me laugh!! Not your picture...the toilet paper thing! OMG howwww embarrasing! You'd have thought her partner would notice....lord that is bad!
Lovely contrast in this picture with the patterns against the concrete.
And tell your boss...you know a company thats given their employees the afternoon off tomorrow to watch the football! Have to come in a bit earlier but what the heck!
