The big thaw took hold in the morning which meant I was able to venture out - once I'd spent half an hour clearing the snow from my car and gingerly driving out of my estate.
In the afternoon I went with Sangeeta to Cambridge. I saw sme wonderful scenery as I drove up the M11, snow cvered fields covered in mist but unfortunatley, I wasn't able to take any photos.
Once in Cambridge, we pretty much spent the afternoon shopping so I didn't get the change to get the camera out.
I did spot one or two two-wheelers (or rather one or two hundred bikes) but this one decorated in some flowers caught my eye.
I messed about with picnik and used the lomo option on this - quite like picnik so you might see more of this type of thing - until I get bored with it that is...
Home in time for X-Factor and a roast chicken and honeyed parsips , carrots and tats dinner...
