What Lies Beyond...

I nearly deleted this photo but thought I would just give it a run through picassa and mess about with some settings... ended up with this which, for some strange reason, I quite like...

Got some glasses sorted out today, not what I would prefer but the optician told me their sale starts next week so decided to wait and see if I can get something more to my taste then. What I did buy was some cheap specs which will become my second (emergency) pair should I have another mishap..!

Longest day of the year today.. Already!!! Only just gettting use to these light evenings and now it'll slowly start getting darker.. Boo....

@halkia thanks :-)... Hmmm I do like b&w but not sure I could do a whole month's worth.... especially as it'll be summer (hopefully) and a chance for some bright cheerful pics...
