Day off today with the intention of getting some Christmas shopping done... So headed off to Lakeside only to find half of Essex had the same idea..! The place was packed.!
So much for the economy going to the dogs... Everyone walking around with bags of goodies...
Didn't buy any pressies in the end, just scouted around for ideas... Tho did buy cards and, not believing how organised I am, have just written out all my office colleagues' cards.!!
I may swap this pic to my oldies album later as Sangeeta's gone to the Mayor's Xmas Ball tonight at... yes you've guessed, Canary Wharf.. So if when picking her up I happen to take a snap or two and prefer it to this chap... He'll be relegated to the oldies album :-)
I like him - nice to see his legs! I've done Photobox for my cards & have been admiring them & feeling pleased with myself but I can't be bothered to write them!
I love the water reflecting on his wings as well. I will do my shopping on 10th with hubby and make a day of it and go to dinner.Made my own cards, bought the stamps but will write them when the tree is up. phew...
