On The Beach...

Took the day off and headed over to France for the day. Got down to Dover about lunchtime for the 90 minute crossing to Calais and spent about 6 hours in town and on the beach..

Not exactly beach weather (2 or 3 degrees) but it was a glorious beach and something of a hidden gem... I didn't realise Calais had such a fab beach in fact..

Despite the chill, Sangeeta had to chuck off her coat, gloves and scarf for a quick pose...

Def worth coming back in the summer and as it's only £1 for foot passengers, it would be a crime not too..

Sounds like a great day. Nice to spend time with that someone special. I love the beach in winter. Though now I'm in Miami and its 82 degrees and sunny. Been posting beach shots myself.
