Took myself off for another little wander after work and ended up outside the Royal Exchange building in the City and as it's a busy junction with plenty of buses travelling this way and that, tried my hand at some longish exposure shots..
There is a flat surface box type thingy positioned right on the junction opposite the Exchange which was very handy...
Best viewed large this one... I wasn't expecting this bus to come into view then stop suddenly... But it has made it transparent and if you look closely enough, there's plenty to see through it..
The wavy white line was a woman walking through the shot..
Work was just that today, nothing exciting to report....
@klemieux haha you know what... I've never actually seen it..!!!!! Although on a side note, I know it was built with bricks made in my home town in Hampshire (something I learnt in school)
Gosh I am understanding how film makers get some of their sfx. Harry Potter's wizard bus springs to mind.
(You've never been to the RAH? It's the most wonderful building, you'll love it!)
Love it Andy! I forgot my tripod last night on a night photography course so learnt the art of balancing on street furniture and holding the camera still!
Clever Mr C
