The German's have arrived.! Sailing their little boat up the Thames and mooring at Canary Wharf... Not sure who will be staying on board, probably the TV crews and hangers on, not the athletes tho..

In fact, the docks are pretty full of yachts and tall ships of varying sizes..

One day to go before the Olympics start officially - although the footie started yesterday and this evening the men's GB team drew 1-1 with Senegal..

there was a HUGE boat up moored next to HMS Belfast - I assumed it was a games boat, didn't take a shot as only had P&S and sun was in the wrong place! Can't believe the footie was 1-1...

It's a cool shot. Did you know the MV Deutschland is a cruise ship for dialysis patients! The medical machinery is fitted in each cabin, but make no mistake - it's a luxury cruise liner.
