Salmon Again

Another dinner pic and like last week, it's salmon again...

As today is Diwali, I thought I'd go with an Indian style tonight with a spicy salmon fillet with sag aloo on a bed of pilau rice..

I probably should have spiced things up a bit more in fact as the salmon was a little too mild

Hi Andy. If I may comment? Food is tough. But I would have tried to get everything in the focus field, perhaps a smaller f/stop? I think 1.8 is way too wide. The color is good though. Did you enhance that? Perhaps for this current shot, can you "sharpen" post-shoot severely? I think that would help. But the original focus field decision probably can't be corrected completely.
