The camera's been on a bit of a Christmas break over the last couple of days, only seeing the light of day a few times with a very poor selection of shots...
Spent christmas day chopping and preparing a roast leg of lamb, marinated with garlic, rosemary and mint sauce, with a spicy veg stew, roast tats and parsnips, peppery cabbage, sliced sprouts with avacardo and lots of garlic, portabello mushrooms stuffed with wild mushrooms and cheese and mini spicy chicken wraps as starters... Not a traditional Christmas meal but flipin tasty... And enough to feed the 11 guests we had over for the day...
