Boris Bikes at the Wharf

Second day back at work today and with half the office taking this first week off, it was another painfully slow and boring day...

Popped into the Wharf after work to have a look around the shops.. Took this snap outside the underground station.

Boris bikes for those not familiar with the term are hire bikes introduced by our floppy haired mayor, Boris Johnson http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Barclays_Cycle_Hire

Boris bikes? We are about to have a similar concept in NYC, but the bike stock was destroyed in the Late October Hurricane! Superb shot on the street.

The scheme's a great idea and thousands of people use the bikes every day... sure it'll suit new york too...

Like this mate. Was actually there today and looked at all those very same bikes! Took a shot of those little paper boats just so I could say I got a shot there but it was pants!
