Paneer Paratha

Just a quick dinner tonight... a spicy paneer (Indian cheese) stir-fry in a paratha wrap... If you've never had a paratha, they beat naan's and roti's hands down.. Tho full of butter so not very healthy :-)..

Bitterly cold today... How on earth can we have snow blizzard and temps as low as -10 in England in March.!!!
