Thai Green Curry

Not exactly a very pleasing looking dish or photo... But trust me, it was nicer than it looked..

Travelled down to Hampshire on Friday evening to spend the night at Mum's and cooked a quick Thai curry before sharing a bottle of red..

Watched 28 Weeks Later for about the 10th time after dinner - strange seeing Canary Wharf bombed by the Yanks!
